No. 11/11 Stanford Beats Oregon State

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP)-- Jayne Appel had 16 of her game-high 18 points in the second half to lead No. 11 Stanford to a 69-54 win over Oregon State on Saturday night.
Appel led the Cardinal on a decisive 19-2 second-half run after Stanford trailed 28-27 at halftime.
Appel also had 12 rebounds for Stanford (15-4, 6-1 Pac-10), which had five players in double figures.
Oregon State (11-7, 2-6) rallied to tie the game at 46-46 on Talisa Rhea's 3-pointer with 10:43 remaining.
But Stanford went on a big run to push its lead to 65-48.
Alex Mitchell had 14 points and Brittney Davis had 10 to lead Oregon State.
