Flipping for the Fight

The Arizona gymnastics team (0-3) host No. 4 Stanford at 7:00 p.m. tonight in McKale Center as part of the team's annual Flipping for the Fight promotion that promotes Breast Cancer awareness.
The Gymcats will be wearing pink for the promotion and fans are encouraged to do the same and will receive $1 off admission.
Although they have been unable to come out of a meet on top yet, Arizona scored its highest point total of the season with 195.250 against No. 10 Oregon State last Friday.
The team recorded season-highs in three of four events, vault (48.725), bars (49.000) and beam (48.675) and had its first gymnast of the season record over a 39 in the all-around, when sophomore Colleen Fisher scored a 39.050.
The No. 4 Cardinal will be the fourth straight ranked opponent that the Wildcats have faced off against. The took on No. 22 Minnesota week one, No. 2 UCLA week two and No. 10 Oregon State week three.
Arizona heads to Seattle next week to take on Washington before returning home for its first dual meet of the season February 13th at 7:00 p.m. in McKale. Tickets for all Gymcats' home meets range from $6 to $3.
