Pink Out Breakfast Raises Money, Awareness

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The 10.0 Club, OSU gymnastics' booster club, hosted the second annual Pink Out Breakfast and Silent Auction last Saturday morning. More than 100 contributors raised over $6,500 with all proceeds benefitting two local charities: W.I.S.H. (Women Investing in Samaritan Health) and Project H.E.R. (Help. Enlightenment. Resources.)
Karen Stansbury spoke on behalf of W.I.S.H. and the Pink Bag Project, and Sarah Blanton and Wanda Frenzel spoke on behalf of Project H.E.R.
The 10th-ranked Beavers return to action this Sunday, Feb. 15 at fourth-ranked Stanford. OSU's next home meet is Friday, Feb. 27, when the Beavers host No. 2 UCLA. The meet will stream live via Beaver Nation Online, the official audio/visual home of osubeavers.com.
