Softball Announces Radio & TV Schedule

Feb. 9, 2009

SEATTLE - The University of Washington softball team released its 2009 radio and television schedule on Monday, with KKNW AM-1150 once again airing several games throughout the season while Fox Sports Net has chosen to broadcast one Husky softball game in Pac-10 play.

KKNW, through rights-holder Washington ISP Sports Network, will carry 10 softball games during the regular season and will carry all postseason games. Long-time baseball play-by-play man Mike Brown returns for his 11th season behind the microphone, while John Cowley delivers color commentary for his eighth season with the Huskies. All games will air live on KKNW, and are also available over the internet at GoHuskies.com or newschannel1150.com.
