Saturday's Game Time Changed

March 3, 2009

TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Arizona baseball program has changed the start time of its game against Massachusetts on Saturday, March 7, in order to accommodate a schedule conflict with the men's basketball game.

The baseball game, which was originally scheduled for 6 p.m., will now begin at 2 p.m. in attempt to prevent parking conflicts for the two events. The men's basketball game against Stanford, which did not have an announced start time until last week, will begin at 5:30 p.m. after being selected for a live TV broadcast by Fox Sports Arizona.

Arizona opens a two-game, mid-week series against Holy Cross tonight at 7 p.m. The Wildcats will open the three-game weekend against Massachusetts on Friday at 7 p.m. All home games are played at Jerry Kindall Field.

March 4 vs. Holy Cross @ 7 p.m.
