  • Dominance At Taube: 10 Years And Counting...

STANFORD, Calif.- No. 11 Stanford's non-conference match against San Francisco on Saturday, Mar. 21, has been moved up two hours and will now begin at 1 p.m.

The match was originally scheduled for 3 p.m., but both teams agreed to switch the contest due to a threat of rain later in the evening.

Stanford (9-2, 2-0 Pac-10) has been idle since a thrilling 4-3 victory over then-No. 7 California back on Mar. 7. That triumph extended Stanford's home winning streak at the Taube Family Tennis Stadium to an unthinkable 142 in a row (114 in the regular season). The Cardinal's last loss in a home dual match occurred more than 10 years ago, in the form of a 5-4 setback to No. 4 California on Feb. 27, 1999.

Following its match against the Dons tomorrow, Stanford will host Princeton on Tuesday, Mar. 24, at 12 p.m. before its road swing through UCLA and USC later in the week.
