According to U.S. Census Bureau statistics for 2007 (the most current available), there are more than 103 million people in the United States who have never witnessed an NCAA Tournament without Arizona's participation. That covers 34.5 percent of the nation's population.
• Junior F Jordan Hill (18.4 ppg), junior F Chase Budinger, (17.9 ppg) and junior G Nic Wise (15.7 ppg) combine for 1,749 of Arizona's 2,465 points (71.0 percent). All three rank among the league's top six scorers. All three players have each scored 500 or more points this season.
• Budinger is the most prolific three-year scorer in school history. With 1,675 points, he ranks 11th on the school's career scoring chart.
• Hill is second in the league in scoring (18.4 ppg) and second in rebounding (11.0). He's the first Wildcat to average a double since Larry Demic posted 19.3 ppg/10.3 rpg during the 1978-79 season.

OREGON STATE (13-17, 7-11/8th in Pac-10)

• Coach Craig Robinson was named USBWA District IX Coach of the Year. He guided Brown University to a CBI postseason appearance last season.
• Junior G/F Seth Tarver leads the league in steals with 1.8 spg. He'd be the first Beaver to lead the league in that cateory since Gary Payton posted 3.4 spg in 1990.
• Sophomore G Calvin Haynes led the team in scoring (13.8 ppg), which ranked 18th in the Pac-10.
