Men's Rowing Ranked 15th in USRowing Poll

CORVALLIS, Ore. -

The Oregon State men's Varsity 8+ crew is ranked 15th in the inaugural poll of the 2009 season by USRowing released on April 1, 2009.

The Beavers are one of four Pac-10 crews in the USRowing Top-25. Washington finds itself at the top of the rankings, collecting eight of a possible 19 first place votes. California is ranked third with one first place vote in its favor, while Stanford is ranked fifth.

Oregon State has already collected one victory over a ranked team, as Northwest rival Gonzaga enters the rankings at 19.
