UCLA Holds Football Scrimmage

The UCLA football team held its first full scrimmage on Saturday afternoon at Spaulding Field. The team scrimmaged for approximately 90 minutes. Redshirt freshman running back Johnathan Franklin scored on a five-yard run for the only touchdown of the afternoon.

Among the alumni players in attendance was NFL standout Maurice Jones-Drew, who spoke to the team at the conclusion of the scrimmage.
