WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- The Pacific-10 Conference announced today that Duramed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will be the presenting sponsor of the 2009 Pac-10 Women's Golf Championship taking place April 24-26 at the Stanford Golf Course on the campus of Stanford University. The 2009 Pac-10 Women's Golf Championship presented by Duramed features all 10 member institutions - Arizona, Arizona State, California, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Washington and Washington State. Five of the teams are ranked among the top 20 in the nation heading into the final week of regular-season competition. Pac-10 women's golf has produced some of the world's best women's golfers, including Candie Kung, Loren Ochoa and Annika Sorenstam. Most recently, USC claimed the 2008 NCAA Championship crown.
