Sunday's Baseball Game Moved To 12 P.M.
April 27, 2009
CORVALLIS, Ore. - Sunday's baseball game between Oregon State and Arizona State at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field has been officially moved to a 12 p.m. PT start due to the Sun Devils' travel schedule.
The game was originally supposed to start at 1 p.m. and wrap up the three-game series. The 12 p.m. start will now follow a pair of 5 p.m. games - on Friday and Saturday. Note that Saturday's game is a 5 p.m. start, unlike normal 2 p.m. contests on that day, due to the Oregon State football Spring Game, presented by Azumano Travel, scheduled for 12 p.m.
Please note that a limited supply of outfield bleacher seats remain available for Friday and Sunday's games. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the ticket office at legendary Gill Coliseum, by calling 1-800-GOBEAVS or visiting osubeavers.com. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the game at the ticket booth at Goss Stadium, which opens 2 ½ hours before first pitch.
Saturday's baseball game against the Sun Devils is now sold out.
Because of Saturday's Spring game and many events on campus this weekend, make sure to plan to arrive early to the ballpark and arrange for parking so you don't miss first pitch.
Oregon State next plays Oregon Tuesday at Goss Stadium in a game that is slated for a 5 p.m. PT start. Catch all the action on the Beaver Sports Network and Beaver Nation Online (osubeavers.com) with Mike Parker performing play-by-play.
