Be a Part of Beaver Football This Fall
April 30, 2009
Corvallis, Ore. -
Did you know the Beaver football team has won five straight bowl games? Did you know OSU is one of 10 programs to be ranked in the final Associated Press top 25 in each of the last three years? Did you know mighty USC has tasted defeat in Corvallis three of its last four visits?
If you haven’t been to Reser Stadium lately the time is now for you to jump onboard with the second-most successful program in the Pac-10 Conference the last three years and purchase season tickets to the exciting 2009 season. The Rodgers’ brothers and their teammates are ready to put on another spectacular show and it all starts Sept. 5 when the Portland State Vikings visit.
To be a part of the fun purchase your season tickets beginning Mon., May 5 by calling 1-800 GO-BEAVS or visiting the legendary Gill Coliseum ticket office between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or online. Season tickets are $252 with sideline seats requiring an annual donation to the Beaver Athletic Student Fund (BASF). Customers wishing to obtain their season ticket location at the time of purchase can do so starting June 1, but those who purchase now will have their seats allocated first.
If you haven’t experienced the amenity-filled Club Level, featuring one of the best luxury seating atmospheres in the nation, you are encouraged to take action on the newly-reduced priced season ticket plans for sections 215 and 223. If you are attending the Spring Game this Saturday (May 2), please stop by the Club to experience the festivities.
It promises to be another exciting year of Beaver football, for a team already ranked in the top-25 in the preseason polls. In addition to the season opener, OSU hosts 2008 Orange Bowl participant Cincinnati and Las Vegas bowl champions Arizona the first month of the season. October will feature another round of the match-up of the minds when Beaver head coach Mike Riley faces his former quarterback Jim Harbaugh of Stanford and things get really tricky when UCLA visits for the Halloween Homecoming game. The “Dawgs” have been doing a lot of barking this spring, but will they be able to end the Beavers’ five-game win streak in the series when the Huskies come to town for Dad’s Weekend to conclude the home season?
We look forward to seeing you be a part of “Beaver Nation” this fall.
