Oregon State opens up NCAA Regional play Friday against Texas A&M. First pitch from Lupton Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas is scheduled for 12 p.m. PT (2 p.m. in Texas).

Oregon State wrapped up its regular season by defeating Stanford, 5-2, on Sunday in California. Tyler Waldron improved to 6-3 this season after going 6 2/3 innings against the Cardinal, scattering five hits and two runs. Koa Kahalehoe drove in two with a bases-clearing double in the seventh.
Pat Casey Postseason
Oregon State head coach Pat Casey has a 27-6 (.818) record in the postseason, easily leading the program in wins. Prior to Casey's arrival, the Beavers had a 5-12 record in six previous NCAA Tournament appearances.
Last 15 Games
The last 15 games are often cited by the NCAA selection committee as important when the tournament field is selected. The Beavers left nothing to chance this season, going 10-5 in their last 15. OSU's pitchers posted a 3.75 ERA during that stretch.
OSU played in 14 neutral site games in the regular season, going 10-4. Of those 14, five came at PGE Park in Portland, Ore. The Beavers won their last three neutral site games.
