N0. 16 USC Women's Crew Finishes Second Day at NCAA Championships

After making the semi finals in all events on Friday (May 29), the Women of Troy participated in those races on Saturday (May 30) in Cherry Hill, NJ and made the petite finals in every race.

In the varsity eight semifinal USC finished in fourth place with a time of 6:20.69, less than two seconds behind Yale who took third and made the grand final.USC came out of lane eight in second varsity semifinal and finished in sixth with a time of 6:47.88

In the varsity four race USC also finished in sixth with a time of 7:26.53.The varsity four will race in the petite final at 10 a.m. on Sunday, along with competitors Brown, Harvard, Washington, Ohio State and Michigan.Second Eight will take to the water at 10:45 a.m. against Michigan, Princeton, Ohio State, Michigan State and Clemson.

The varsity eight race will round out USC's run at the NCAA Championships at 11:30 a.m. against Clemson, Washington, Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State.USC will finish no worse than twelfth overall.
