CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State baseball head coach Pat Casey will appear on ESPN2 during a College World Series broadcast featuring Arizona State and North Carolina on Thursday night.

Casey is scheduled to appear in the booth starting in the third inning of the game, which is scheduled for a 4 p.m. PT start. Note that his appearance time on the cable network could change at a moment's notice so make sure to stay tuned to the game.

Casey will be spending time in the booth while two opponents familiar to the Beavers play at Rosenblatt Stadium. The Beavers have taken consecutive Pacific-10 Conference series over Arizona State, including 2-of-3 at Goss Stadium this season.

Oregon State defeated North Carolina in 2006 and 2007 for its back-to-back national titles, going 4-1 against the Tar Heels.

The OSU head coach is coming off his 15th season with the Beavers, helping guide the club to a 37-19 record and Fort Worth Regional runner-up status in 2009.
