Former Huskies Remain ABC/ESPN Analysts

BRISTOL, Conn. - Former University of Washington football standouts Ed Cunningham and Brock Huard will return to the announce booth for ABC/ESPN this fall as game analysts on the network's coverage of college football.
Huard and commentator Eric Collins will work the new exclusive ESPNU Saturday night Southeastern Conference game (generally at 4 p.m. Pacific), while Cunningham will normally accompany veteran Ron Franklin on ABC/ESPN Saturday afternoon telecasts.
Washington currently has two ABC/ESPN appearances scheduled among its first three games of the season. The Sept. 5 opener at home against nationally-ranked LSU will kick-off at 7:30 p.m. and will be televised by ESPN. The Sept. 19 USC game will start at 12:30 p.m. and will be televised by ABC.
Washington also has four other television appearances already selected for telecasts during the season. The Huskies' Sept. 12 game against Idaho will be televised at 12:30 p.m. by FSN Northwest, while the Oct. 17 game at Arizona State and Dec. 5 contest against Cal will appear nationally on FSN as part of the Pac-10 television package. The Oct. 3 game at Notre Dame will be televised by NBC.
