Season Opener to be Live on Comcast Bay Area

STANFORD-- Stanford's season opening football game at Washington State will be broadcast live Comcast Sports Net Bay Area, with kickoff slated for 5 p.m. on September 5. It will be the first of three games already scheduled for television, with more likely to be announced at a later date.

The team's home game against Arizona State on October 24 will be on Fox Sports, while the regular season finale, at home against Notre Dame on November 28, will be live on ABC.

The Cardinal, under third year Head Coach Jim Harbaugh, play seven of their 12 games at Stanford Stadium this season, beginning with San Jose State on September 19. The home schedule also includes Washington (September 26), UCLA (October 3), Oregon (November 7), and Cal (November 28).
