CORVALLIS, Ore. - Entering their 60th season at legendary Gill Coliseum and fresh off a CBI championship, the Oregon State men's basketball team will host 17 home games to highlight the 2009-10 schedule released by head coach Craig Robinson on Friday. The Beavers will play 15 regular season home games in addition to two exhibition contests, to be announced at a later date.

'There is a lot of excitement surrounding the team heading into this season and we're thrilled to be playing 17 games in front of a great crowd,' Robinson said. 'Last year, the atmosphere in Gill Coliseum during Pac-10 play and the CBI was electric and it helped us do some things that nobody expected. The support we receive at home this year could make this team a special one.'

The 2009-10 season opens with a trip to Lubbock, Texas, for the Duel in the Desert, hosted by Texas Tech. The Beavers will play three games in the tournament, opening with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Friday, Nov. 13.
