Three UW Women's Hoops Games To Be Nationally Televised

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Three Husky women's hoops games will be televised nationally on FSN this season, as part of the Pac-10's television package.
Washington will enjoy two televised home games this year, including the Huskies' Paint the Bank Pink game against California on Feb. 14 at 2pm. The Washington State contest on Feb. 27 at 2pm will also be televised.
The Huskies' outing at USC on Feb. 20 at 8pm will run on FSN as well.
The first and second semifinals as well as the championship game of the Pac-10 Women's Basketball Tournament will also be televised on FSN. Those games will be held March 13-14 in the Galen Center in Los Angeles.
Additional locally-televised games will be announced at a later date.
Washington tips off the season with a pair of exhibitions on Nov. 5 and Nov. 9. The Huskies face Seattle Pacific on Nov. 5, followed by Corban College on Nov. 9. Both games are at home. Washington officially starts the season on the road with a game at Portland State on Nov. 14, before its home opener against BYU on Nov. 18.
