SEATTLE - Thanks to its exclusive partnership with FSN Northwest, 10 of 11 University of Washington non-conference men's basketball games will be televised during the 2009-10 season.
FSN Northwest announced it will televise at least eight of the UW's 12 non-league games. In addition, through its national affiliation with FSN, the network is expected to televise three special event contests (Big 12 / Pac-10 Hardwood Series & Wooden Classic) which will be announced when the Pacific-10 Conference makes its selections sometime in mid-to-late September.
Season tickets are on sale by calling the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 or by visiting GoHuskies.com. Single game tickets to UW's non-conference contests go on sale in early October.

The only game that is not scheduled to be televised will be the Nov. 14 contest against Belmont. The Saturday evening game will be played head-to-head with a Pac-10 football game of the week, which could be the Washington at Oregon State game.
The defending Pac-10 regular-season champion Huskies will open the season on Nov. 13 against Wright State in the first of three games that are part of the Athletics In Action Classic at Bank of America Arena. Washington will also face Belmont and Portland State in the event with 7 p.m. start times for all three games.
The UW will also face San Jose State on Nov. 20 and Montana on Nov. 29 before traveling to Lubbock, Texas to play at Texas Tech in the first of two Big 12 / Pac-10 Hardwood Series contests. Following a Dec. 6 game against Cal State Northridge, the Huskies will venture to Anaheim, Calif. to play Georgetown in the annual John R. Wooden Classic.
On Dec. 19 Washington will host the University of Portland before welcoming Texas A&M three days later in a Big 12 / Pac-10 Hardwood Series game. The final non-league game before Pac-10 plays starts will see the Dons of the University of San Francisco visit Bank of America Arena on Dec. 27.
The recently-revived Washington vs. Seattle University rivalry will resume for the second-straight season on Jan. 26 with a 7 p.m. game against the Redhawks.
Season tickets are currently available by calling the Husky Ticket Office at 206/543-2200 or by visiting online at www.GoHuskies.com. Non-conference single game tickets are scheduled to go on sale on October 5.
