Mackenzie Finishes Strong At LPGA Canadian Open

Calgary, Alb. -- Former Washington All-American Paige Mackenzie shot a 1-under 70 in the fourth round at the LPGA CN Canadian Open to move up the leaderboard and finish in a tie for 33rd-place.

Mackenzie, from Yakima, Wash., ended the tournament with an overall score of 1-over 285 (68-73-74-70) and won $17,080. She entered Sunday's action in 46th place and made four birdies on the back nine of Priddis Greens Golf and Country Club in Calgary, Alb., to move up the leaderboard.

Suzann Peterson won the tournament by five strokes with a 15-under 269.
