No. 10 Golden Bears Break No. 4 Bows in Five Sets

HONOLULU - The No. 10-ranked California volleyball team (3-3) weathered the storm to come away with a five-set win (25-21, 25-16, 20-25, 17-25, 15-11) over host No. 4 Hawai'i (4-2) in the Hawaiian Airlines Wahine Volleyball Classic at the Stan Sheriff Center. The Golden Bears were led by senior outside hitter Hana Cutura's career-high 30 kills (72 attacks) and senior middle hitter Mindi Wiley's 11 kills (1e, 20att) and .500 attack percentage. Cutura and Wiley were each named to the all-tournament team for their performances.
