Men's Basketball Finalizes 2009-10 Schedule

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State men's basketball team will be highlighted on television at least 17 times throughout the Pacific Northwest this season as the Beavers finalized their schedule on Thursday. The schedule includes at least seven games on national television and an appearance on CBS when Oregon State travels to face Cal on Saturday, January 23.
In addition to the 17 games slated for television broadcast, the games against Washington State and Washington to close out the season could be broadcast as part of the Pac-10 Conference wildcard package.
Oregon State will make its television debut on Friday, Dec. 4, when the Beavers host Colorado at 8:00 p.m. in a game nationally televised by FSN.
FSN Northwest hits one million households in the state of Oregon and 3.5 million households in the Pacific Northwest. Oregon State games also air on Fox College Sports (FCS) on satellite and cable systems, reaching 30 million households nationwide.
In addition to the increased game coverage, Beaver fans can follow the 2009-2010 season by catching Beavers All-Access on FSN Northwest. Throughout the 2009-10 season, Beavers All-Access covers basketball with head coaches Craig Robinson and LaVonda Wagner.
Season tickets for the 2009-2010 men's basketball season are available now and can be purchased by calling 1-800-GO-BEAVS or by visiting the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located at Gill Coliseum. Ticket office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This year's ticket packages include the popular Weekend Plan, which includes one ticket to 11 home basketball games for $133. The Weekend Plan includes two exhibition games, Sacramento State, Colorado, Cal State Bakersfield, Mississippi Valley State, Arizona State, UCLA, Oregon, Stanford and Washington.
Additionally, single-game tickets and the Orange Pride Five-Game Pack are also available for purchase. The Orange Pride Five-Game Pack allows fans to select two non-conference games and three Pac-10 contests for $75 (chairback) or $50 (upper level bench).

Oregon State opens the season with an exhibition game, Sunday, November 1, against Southern Oregon at 2:00 p.m. Following the exhibition, the Beavers will play November 13th, 14th and 15th at the Duel in the Desert tournament as Oregon State opens the season against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Nov. 13 at 6:00 p.m.
