CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State women's soccer team continues Pac-10 Conference play this weekend as the Beavers host rival Oregon in the annual Civil War on Friday, Oct. 16, at 7:30 p.m. at Paul Lorenz Field.
'There is no doubt this is going to be an entertaining and hard-fought match,' head coach Linus Rhode said. We had great crowds last weekend and I know the team is excited to play in front of the home crowd again.'
Oregon State enters the weekend with an overall season record of 8-4-1 and a conference record of 0-2-0. The Beavers lost two matches against nationally-ranked opponents last week, losing 3-0 to No. 1 Stanford on Friday, before falling, 2-0, on Sunday against No. 19 California.
