Taylor 5th, Lee 6th At Prestigious All-American Tournament

EL PASO, Texas - Husky All-Americans Nick Taylor and Richard Lee proved they belonged among the nation's elite college golfers by finishing fifth and sixth, respectively, in the 54-hole Western Refining College All-American Golf Classic.
Taylor (Abbotsford, B.C./Yale Secondary) shot an even-par 71 in Tuesday's final round to finish the tournament at 8-under 205 overall, three strokes behind the leaders.
Lee (Bellevue, Wash./Newport HS) was one stroke behind Taylor at 7-under 206 to tie for sixth. Lee shot a 3-under 68 on Tuesday, equaling the best round of the day.
The tournament, hosted at the El Paso Country Club, featured 32 All-Americans from the 2008-09 season.
Alabama's Hunter Hamrick and Oklahoma State's Morgan Hoffman finished regulation tied for the lead at 11-under 202. Hamrick won the tournament in a one-hole playoff.
