Bruins Have Big Day at NAU Invitational

Senior Kevin Craddock won the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.88 at the NAU Invitational in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Also in Arizona, junior Bo Taylor won the shot put with a score of 56-11.50. Taylor also finished 7th in weight throw event.
Sophomore Steve Norton won the 800m run with a time 1:54.34. In the same event, fellow sophomore Jonathan Simmons ran a lifetime best of 1:55.74 to finish second.
In the 200m dash, senior Stan Griffin finished first with a time of 21.65. Sophomore Karlton Rolle finished second with a time of 21.66. Freshmen Randall Carroll, Maxwell Dyce and Sheldon Price finished 5th, 6th and 10th respectively in the same event.
Also, freshman Nelson Rosario won the long jump with a lifetime best of 24-00.75.
On the women's side, junior Dayna Hill finished 5th in the triple jump with a score of 36-10.25. She also finished 10th in the long jump.
Junior Alexa Berg scored a 43-09.00 in the women's weight throw, good enough for 12th. In the same event, Catherine White finished 16th with a score of 39-11.25. White also finished 7th in the shot put.
In the pole vault, freshman Karlye Marshall finished 4th vaulting 11-05.75 feet.
