Baseball 2010 Student Ticket Policy Announced

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The 2010 Oregon State baseball student ticket policy was announced Tuesday.

Tickets for students will be free with a valid Oregon State student identification card. To be eligible for tickets, students must be enrolled at OSU for the winter/spring term or dual enrolled at Oregon State and Linn-Benton Community College and have paid all incidental fees.

Tickets can be picked up on the day of game only at the Goss Stadium ticket booth. Ticket distribution will begin 2 ½ hours before game time and students must present their ID card when picking up their ticket as well when they enter Goss Stadium. Gates to the stadium open two hours prior to first pitch.

Tickets will be general admission, with seating available in sections 1, 2 and 3, which are located down the first-base line. Students who wish to sit together are encouraged to enter the stadium at the same time.

Single-game tickets are currently on sale. Single-game tickets for the 2010 season are $20 for reserved and $10 for outfield seats located beyond the right-field fence. To purchase single-game tickets, visit osubeavers.com, call 1-800-GOBEAVS or they can be bought in person at the ticket office at legendary Gill Coliseum.

The Beavers open the 2010 season on Friday when Oregon State plays at Hawaii Friday through Monday in a four-game series. Friday night's game is slated for an 8:35 p.m. PT start (6:35 p.m. in Hawaii).
