EUGENE, Ore. -Klay Thompson scored 22 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in Washington State's season finale loss to Oregon, 74-66 in Eugene.

A win against the Ducks would have allowed the Cougars to participate in the Pac-10 Tournament's play-in game Wednesday. Instead, they finished 10th in the conference with a 16-14 (6-12) record.

DeAngelo Casto added a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
