Huskies Earn No. 2 Seed At Collegiate Match Play Championships

NORMAN, Okla. - The Callaway Collegiate Match Play Championship bracket has been released by the GCAA and Washington is the number two overall seed. The Huskies will face No. 15 seed New Mexico in Match 8.
Stan¬ford will be the top seed in the event, which will be held March 21-23 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain in Marana, Ariz.
The tournament seeds following Stanford and Washington are as follows: No. 3 Texas A&M, No. 4 Arizona State, No. 5 UCLA, No. 6 UNLV, No. 7 Texas Tech, No. 8 Southern California, No. 9 TCU, No. 10 San Diego, No. 11 Middle Tennessee, No. 12 Colorado State, No. 13 Iowa, No. 14 Arizona, No. 15 New Mexico and No. 16 Indiana.
The Washington-New Mexico winner will advance to face Texas Tech and San Diego.
