My goals for this season are: Help my team get to the World Series and win!!!
A moment in my life I will always remember: Standing on top of the Eiffel Tower while it lit up at night
The most noteworthy thing about my hometown: Most of the Lakers from the Three-Peat Championship team lived there at some point
My parents’ occupations are: Mother: small business owner; father: banker
Favorite napping spot: a hammock in Hawai’i
The perfect meal includes: sushi!!!
My favorite thing about our team is: our chemistry and sisterhood!
The furthest from home I have ever been is: France
The first sport I ever played was: tee-ball
Superstitions/pregame rituals: The order I put on my uniform
When I leave Stanford, I want to: Go to law school and live in New York City
Since coming to Stanford, I have learned: How to manage my time…Balance!!!
My sports hero growing up was: Alex Rodriguez and Albert Pujols
My earliest sports memory is: Playing with a wiffle ball and plastic bat in my back yard with my family
In my off-time, I’m most likely to be found: Hanging out with my friends at the beach in my hometown
Something people would be surprised to know about me: I love art and painting and am secretly considering majoring in design
The best thing about Stanford is: The interesting people you meet and the endless amount of opportunities!
The biggest thrill of my life to date: Going to France with my friends my junior year in high school
My favorite movie: Love Actually
My favorite TV show: Ugly Betty
Ten years from now I hope to be: Living in New York, San Francisco, or Paris
If I had to cook all of my meals, I’d probably survive on: microwavable soup
Sports teams I followed when I was younger: Yankees, Dodgers
The place I’d most like to visit: New Zealand or anywhere in Europe
I’m afraid of: Tsunamis
Over the summer, I: Went to Alaska with my family and saw whales, bears, and moose!
Hidden talent: Painting/art
My favorite place that I ever visited is: France
My favorite place on the Stanford campus is: Law school library
My favorite class at Stanford has been: Introduction to American Law
My primary inspiration in sports is: Little girls who play softball
I’m most thankful for: My family and friends
Best book I have ever read: The Time Traveler’s Wife
The best advice I ever received was: Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars
After my Stanford career is over, I’d like to be remembered as: A great team player
The reason I chose Stanford University is: The amazing academic and athletic programs and the great opportunities it gives me for the future
I would love to trade places for a day with: A professional athlete
My funniest teammate is: Maya Burns
My favorite softball memory is: Beating Arizona in the first game of Super Regional’s last year
Favorite midnight snack: Pudding
Stanford softball will be fun to watch this year because: We have great chemistry as a team and lots of talent
