#2 ASU Earns Series Win Over UCLA With 6-1 Victory
LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A four-run first inning was all the offense #2 Arizona State would need on Saturday at Jackie Robinson Stadium, as the Sun Devils beat #4 UCLA 6-1 to clinch the Pac-10 series. Cal Baseball Defeats Oregon State, 14-4
BERKELEY -  Powered by home runs from sophomore catcher Chadd Krist and freshman third baseman Tony Renda, and steady pitching from freshman left-hander Justin Jones (9-3), the No. 20-ranked Cal baseball team won the second game of the three-game series versus Oregon State, 14-4, Saturday (May 1) at Evans Diamond.
