Registration for 2010 Northwest Collegiate Softball Identification Camp Open

May 6, 2010

Corvallis, Ore. – Registration for the 2010 Northwest Collegiate Softball Identification Camp is now open to individual softball athletes.

The four-day camp will run from August 16-19 at Delta Park in Portland, Ore. The event is being staffed by four top Division I programs in the Northwest. The coaching staffs of Oregon State, Oregon, Washington and Portland State will be leading the event.

The cost is $100 per athlete, which includes one day of the camp and a t-shirt. The camp is open to individual athletes who will be graduating from high school from 2011-2014. Once signed up, the athlete will be assigned to a specific day to attend the camp.

Players will be placed on teams that will be coached and instructed by Division I players during games, technique training and SPARQ testing exercises. Every player will receive individual quantitative and subjective feedback from Division I coaching staff members on offense, defense, pitching and competitive skills displayed during exercises and games during the camp.
