No. 18 Cal Baseball Loses, 13-10, at Washington State

PULLMAN, WASH. -

Sophomore shortstop Marcus Semien had a two-run double in the top of the seventh inning to give California an 8-6 lead, but the Golden Bears gave up seven runs in the next two innings and fell, 13-10, at Washington State Saturday night (May 8) at Bailey-Brayton Field in Pullman. No. 18-ranked Cal dropped to 27-16 overall and 11-8 in the Pac-10. The Cougars improved to 23-17 and 7-9 in league play. Sophomore right fielder Danny Oh was 4-for-4 with an RBI, while Semien went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI.
