Additional TV Appearance Scheduled For Oregon State Baseball

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State baseball team's Saturday night contest at Arizona State, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. PT on May 22, will be shown live on FSN Arizona and on tape delay on FSN Northwest, it was announced Thursday.

The Beavers now have nine games televised this season, with five, starting with Saturday's broadcast against Washington, scheduled in the team's last 11 games of the regular season. Oregon State has appeared in four televised games thus far this season, and is 2-2 on TV, winning its last two consecutive.

The Arizona State series now features two games broadcast. That Friday night's game will air nationally on tape delay (2 p.m. on Saturday, May 22 on FSN Northwest - check your local listings for other regions) while that Saturday's game, also slated for a 6:30 p.m. start, will air live on FSN Arizona. FSN Northwest will air the game on a tape delayed basis at 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 23.

The Beavers will then appear on Comcast SportsNet Northwest on May 26 at Portland's PGE Park in the fifth and final meeting against Oregon this season. The Beavers' slate of televised games concludes on May 29 in a game at Goss Stadium against Arizona.

The team's next broadcast is Saturday against Washington, starting at 2 p.m.

Tickets are still available for this weekend's series with the Huskies and can be purchased online at osubeavers.com, by calling 1-800-GOBEAVS or by the ticket office at legendary Gill Coliseum. Ticket office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Fans can also purchase tickets at Goss Stadium on game days. The ticket office at Goss opens 2 ½ hours before first pitch.
