Wayne Third in Two Consolations at Santa Clara

SANTA CLARA, Calif.-- Stanford's Aaron Wayne finished third in  two consolation finals on Saturday at the Santa Clara International Invite, finishing third in the B Finals of the 50 free and third in the C Finals of the 100 fly.

Wayne posted a time of 56.63 in the 100 fly, a second behind winner Jacob Jarzen (55.62), before hammering home a time of 23.54 in the 50 free behind winner Ryan Lochte (23.35) .

David Mosko, who medaled yesterday in the 200 fly, finished eighth in the A Finals of the 400 freestyle with a time of 3:58.00. Geoff Cheah reached the C Finals of the 50 free, where he was seventh.

The invite runs through Sunday at the Santa Clara Swim Club.

400 Free: Mosko (8th-3:58.00)-- A Finals
