Three Golfer Garner Pac-10 All-Academic Honors

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Four Oregon State golfers were named to the 2010 Pacific-10 Conference Women's Golf All-Academic team announced recently by Commissioner Larry Scott.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.
Sophomore business major Whitney French was selected to the Pac-10's all-academic second team, earning her the first academic award of her career. Senior Brittany Stewart earned honorable mention accolades for the second consecutive season. Fellow senior Lauren Archer also received honorable mention for the second time, after earning the award in 2008. Sophomore Elyse Okada received honorable mention for the first time.
