WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - WASHINGTON's Jenna Hagglund was named Pac-10 Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 13-19, Commissioner Larry Scott announced today. The two-time All-American senior setter was named Most Valuable Player of the Pittsburgh Blue and Gold Invitational over the weekend, as the ninth-ranked Huskies swept three matches against Pittsburgh, Eastern Illinois and Robert Morris.
A West Chester, Ohio, native, Hagglund averaged 12.80 assists per game in the tournament and was perfect with nine kills on nine attempts.
