The San Diego State men's soccer team stretched its unbeaten streak to six games with a 3-0 victory over Houston Baptist Friday at SDSU Sports Deck. Freshman Sean Zaher (Las Vegas, Nev.), senior Michael Rocha (Pasadena, Calif.) and graduate student Falke Verwer (Delft, Netherlands) each scored goals for the Aztecs (5-1-1), who are off to their best start since 2005 (6-0-1).

For the second-straight week, UCLA played in front of a huge crowd in the central coast, falling 2-0 to UC Santa Barbara on Friday night in front of a Harder Stadium record 15,896. The crowd ranked as the second-largest ever to watch a regular season NCAA soccer game. The Bruins gave up a pair of late goals to drop their record to 4-2-1 on the year. UC Santa Barbara earned its third-straight shutout and improved to 3-2-2.

The Huskies improve to 5-1-1, tying last season's win mark and have not lost since their opening game of the season.
