No. 6 USC Throws Block Party In Sweep Of No. 20 Arizona
LOS ANGELES - Junior All-America outside hitter Alex Jupiter (Paris, France/Redondo Union HS) had 16 kills and five blocks Friday as the No. 6 USC Women of Troy swept the No. 20 Arizona Wildcats (25-14, 25-9, 25-21) in a Pac-10 Conference match at the Galen Center. USC used a punishing defense at the net as the Trojans out-blocked the Wildcats by a 15-1 margin.

Gera Digs Everything in Bruins' Sweep of Arizona State
LOS ANGELES - Junior Lainey Gera tied a school record for digs in a three-set match with 28, while senior Dicey McGraw and sophomores Rachael Kidder and Bojana Todorovic each had double figures in kills, as the 10th-ranked Bruins swept Arizona State on Friday at Collins Court in the John Wooden Center. Set scores were 25-22, 25-17, 25-19.

No. 4 Bears Hush Huskies in Four-Set Victory
SEATTLE - The No. 4-ranked California volleyball team (22-2, 12-2 Pac-10) defeated No. 11 Washington (18-6, 7-6 Pac-10) in four sets (15-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-21) at the Hec Edmundson Pavilion on Friday, Nov. 12, as the Golden Bears swept the season series against the Huskies for the first time since 2003; the seventh time in program history. Junior outside hitter Tarah Murrey led Cal with her seventh double-double of the season as she logged 23 kills (7e, 57att, .281) and 10 digs. Murrey's performance moved her ahead of Morgan Cecil (1986-89) into 11th at Cal for career kills. She now has 1,059.

No. 23 Ducks Bounce Beavers, 3-1
CORVALLIS, Ore. - The No. 23 University of Oregon volleyball team (18-8, 6-8) polished off its fourth season sweep of Oregon State the last five years with a 3-1 victory Friday night at Gill Coliseum.

Ailes Records 2,000th Dig In Stanford Win At Washington State
PULLMAN, Wash. - Senior libero Gabi Ailes made history Friday night as the second-ranked Stanford women's volleyball team defeated Washington State, 25-20, 23-25, 25-19, 25-13 at Bohler Gym in Pullman, Wash. The Cardinal improve to 21-2 overall and 12-2 in the Pac-10, while the Cougars drop to 6-17 on the season and 0-13 in the conference.
