Six Pac-10 Teams Ranked in Baseball America Preseason Top 25 Poll

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Six Pac-10 teams are ranked in Baseball America's Preseason Top 25 Poll announced Thursay, more than any other conference. The 2010 NCAA runner-up, UCLA, leads Conference teams with a No. 2 ranking.

The Pac-10's second College World Series participant, ARIZONA STATE, enters the season ranked 11th, while STANFORD is 13th and OREGON is right behind the Cardinal at No. 14. CALIFORNIA was tabbed No. 17 while ARIZONA received a No. 19 ranking.

Eight Pac-10 teams earned postseason bids in 2010, the most in Conference history. The 2011 season begins on Friday, February 18, with nine teams in action.
