TUCSON - No. 4 Arizona (20-3) fell to No. 23 Baylor (21-2), 6-0. Arizona got just a single hit off Bear pitcher Whitney Canion and a total of four base-runners in the game.
Battle Of Unbeatens Goes to UW
SEATTLE - Only five unbeaten teams remained entering the weekend and two met in game three of the Husky Softball Classic Friday night. In the 2011 softball home opener, the No. 5/6 Huskies (17-0) handed the USC Upstate Spartans (25-1) their first loss of the season. It was the first ever meeting between the two schools.

Sun Devil Offense Red-Hot As No. 7 Softball Wins Two To Open Diamond Devil Invitational
TEMPE, Ariz. - Solid pitching from Hillary Bach and Mackenzie Popescue coupled with an ASU offense that outscored opponents 24-5 Thursday night gave the No. 7 Sun Devil Softball team two more wins as they topped Campbell 13-4(5) and FGCU 11-1 (5). Bach and Popescue took the wins on the night to move to 5-0 and 6-1 respectively as ASU improved to 21-1 overall.
Softball Splits Day One at Husky Softball Classic
SEATTLE, Wash. - The Oregon State softball team split its first day at the Husky Softball Classic by falling to USC Upstate by a 2-1 final and then defeating Seattle University by a score of 5-3 in eight innings.
