No. 9 Arizona (31-6, 1-0) played seven innings for the first time since March 18 and downed No. 12 Stanford (24-6, 0-2) 6-1 Saturday. Arizona took the game and the series from Stanford and has now beaten the Cardinal in the teams' last seven meetings.

Berkeley, Calif. - Two home runs from Annie Lockwood fueled with a seven strikeout performance from Dallas Escobedo led the way Saturday afternoon as the No. 4 Sun Devil Softball team topped the No. 8 Cal Golden Bears for the second straight day 7-2.

Freshman Lead Huskies In Two Wins Over Oregon
SEATTLE - The Huskies had to wait one more day to open Pac-10 play because of rain on Friday, but once UW got the chance to take the field, the No. 6/6 team in the country took two games from No. 14/15 Oregon on Saturday at Husky Softball Stadium. Game one was 3-2 while the second game was 4-2, both in seven innings.
