Second-Ranked Arizona State Closes Out Historic Sweep of In-State Rival Arizona
TUCSON, Ariz. - Fueled with an eight strikeout outing from Dallas Escobedo and home runs from Krista Donnenwirth and Annie Lockwood, the No. 2 Arizona State Softball Team capped a historic weekend with a 8-3 win over in-state rival, No. 7 Arizona. The win marks the first sweep over Arizona in Tucson in program history and only fourth win since the construction of Hllenbrand Stadium in 1993.

Huskies Get Much-Needed Win At UCLA, 4-3 In Nine Innings
LOS ANGELES - With the series already decided, the No. 9/11 UW softball team was just looking to snap its four-game losing streak. It took nine innings on Saturday but the Huskies prevailed, 4-3, over No. 11/13 UCLA. It was the first win in Los Angeles for UW since 2007.
