SEATTLE - The second-ranked Oregon State baseball team split a doubleheader with Washington Saturday afternoon at Husky Ballpark, taking game one, 9-3, and losing game two, 7-6.
#5 ASU's Late Rally Beats USC 7-4
LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A three-run eighth inning rally gave the Sun Devils a 7-4 win over USC on Saturday at Dedeaux Field. After seeing an early four-run lead disappear, Alex Blackford and Mitchell Lambson kept the Trojans off the scoreboard, allowing the offense to come through late. The win improves Arizona State to 36-12, 14-6 in Pac-10 play.
No. 24 UCLA Defeats Cal State Bakersfield, 10-1
LOS ANGELES - Right-hander Trevor Bauer pitched his sixth consecutive complete game, his seventh of the season, striking out 13 batters to lead the No. 24 UCLA baseball team past Cal State Bakersfield, 10-1, in a non-conference game at Steele Field at Jackie Robinson Stadium on Saturday.
