SEATTLE - If this wasn't an early season slog, there will never be one for the Huskies this season. The Dawgs did not consistently get into offensive sets. They rushed fast breaks that weren't there. They rushed shots. They gave up more baskets inside too easily.

BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) - Allen Crabbe scored 21 points and Justin Cobbs scored eight points during a 21-0 run to end the first half and No. 24 California beat George Washington 81-54 Sunday night in the first round of the CBE Classic.
