OSU's Cunningham Named Player of the Week

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.— OREGON STATE guard Jared Cunningham has been named Bank of the West Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week for Nov. 14-20, Commissioner Larry Scott announced Monday.

The junior led the Beavers to their first 4-0 start in 11 years after posting three career highs and tying a school record last week.

Cunningham scored a career-high 35 points in the 82-72 win over Hofstra on Wednesday in the regional round of the TicketCity Legends Classic, only to set a new career high of 37 points on Sunday in the 100-95 overtime victory over Texas. He also grabbed a career-high nine rebounds against the Longhorns and made 20 free throws, tying the record for most in a game in Oregon State history.
