WSU's Perkins Named Player of the Week
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — WASHINGTON STATE's Jazmine Perkins was named Bank of the West Pac-12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 26-Jan. 1, Commissioner Larry Scott announced today. A senior guard from Berkeley, Calif., Perkins averaged 13.0 points, 13.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 4.0 steals per game in road sweep of Oregon and Oregon State, the first time since 1994-95 the Cougars have swept a road series.
