Second Half Of Pac-12 Play Gets Underway

Fourth-ranked STANFORD and ARIZONA STATE go head-to-head on Thursday night on Fox Sports Net. WASHINGTON and USC wrap up the week on Sunday with a nationally-televised contest, as well. Check local listings ... The second half of league play gets underway this week. After a close call over the weekend, the Cardinal remain undefeated in the Pac-12 and sitting in first place. Looking to catch Stanford are CALIFORNIA and ASU, both of which are just three games back of the Cardinal. The Sun Devils host both teams this week ... Teams are bunched together in the standings and will look to put some distance between each other as the regular season heads towards the 2012 Pacific Life Pac-12 Basketball Tournament ... Also this week, the Los Angeles teams host WASHINGTON and WASHINGTON STATE, while COLORADO and UTAH head to OREGON and OREGON STATE ... Stanford's Chiney Ogwumike is the Bank of the West Pac-12 Player of the Week for the third-straight week. It is the first time since 1993-94 a player has taken player of the week honors for three-consecutive weeks.
