Download Complete Release

• Six Pac-12 teams are ranked in Baseball America's top 25 poll: Stanford (2), Arizona (5), UCLA (7), Arizona State (14), Oregon State (19) and Oregon (24).

• The Conference's six ranked teams is second only to the SEC, which has seven teams in this week's poll. The Pac-12 is 12-3 against SEC teams this season.

• Washington State senior outfielder Derek Jones hit for the cycle in the second game of a doubleheader at Arizona on Sunday, becoming the first Cougar to accomplish the feat since 2002. His home run was the 37th of his collegiate career, tying him for third on the WSU all-time list.

• Arizona leads the Conference in hitting with a .331 batting average, which ranks 12th among Division I teams. Wildcat juniors Alex Mejia and Robert Refsnyder are two of the top hitters in the Pac-12 with current averages of .400 and .397, respectively. Oregon State junior infielder Tyler Smith leads the Conference at .446.

• Stanford junior infielder Stephen Piscotty has driven in an average of 1.53 runs per game (23 RBI in 15 games), good enough for fifth in the country. OSU freshman outfielder Michael Conforto is right behind him at sixth, also with a 1.53 average (26 RBI in 17 games).

• A month into the season, Arizona State sophomore RHP Trevor Williams and UCLA freshman LHP Grant Watson have five wins apiece. Watson, the reigning Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week, notched two wins in three appearances last week, becoming the first Bruin hurler to tally two victories in one week since Trevor Bauer did so as a freshman in 2009.

• Washington freshman RHP Tyler Davis pitched six shutout innings in his first career start on Saturday, helping the Huskies to a 5-0 win over then-No. 17 Oregon. Davis, who had made six relief appearances prior to Saturday's start, kept the Ducks to three hits and one walk while adding a strikeout. He also increased his streak of scoreless innings to 15 2/3. Davis currently leads the Pac-12 with a 0.90 ERA.
