Ten Rowers Named All-Americans

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Ten Pac-12 women's rowers were named to the 2012 Pocock All-America teams as the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) announced its postseason awards on Monday. USC led the Conference with three athletes on the All-America teams. CALIFORNIA, STANFORD and UCLA each had two selections, and WASHINGTON STATE had one.

These awards recognize the outstanding performances of rowers and coxswains on the national level in women's collegiate rowing.

The Pac-12 sent five teams to the NCAA Championships on Lake Mercer in West Windsor, N.J. All five finished in the top 10 of the team standings, led by Cal in third place.
